Zuzana Kovacova-Radacovska, is an experienced psychologist, performance coach, and biofeedback & neurofeedback practitioner.
She helps busy professionals, emergency workers, and athletes to overcome mental challenges and improve performance using best knowledge and expertise of performance psychology, psycho-physiology, neuroscience and advancements in technology.
Zuzana currently works with an elite team of Slovak sprint kayakers and canoeists, including World Champions and Olympians who are currently preparing to compete in Rio2016.

She also works with large number of entrepreneurs, professional speakers, architects, aircraft engineers, medical professionals, directors of human resources, poker players, professional and amateur golfers, youth athletes in football, volleyball, swimming and judo.

Strategies to implement a successful stress management program include incorporating the coping activities into one’s daily schedule, monitoring one’s symptoms and stressors, and being realistic in setting up a schedule that is relevant and attainable.
