Eric’s extensive career has exposed him to a wide range of countries and cultures such as England, USA, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, UAE, Morocco, Bahrain, Hong Kong and Cyprus amongst others. Through his exposure he has honed the skills and mindset required to be a dynamic business strategist.

He possesses an uncanny ability to envision, structure and deploy strategies that consistently meet and exceed customer needs, this strongly correlates with his passion and drive to make complicated processes as user friendly as possible.

Eric has been very active in the Organizational Development field and has designed and implemented various high impact and sophisticated projects for global organizations such as Vodafone, Sanofi Aventis, Al Hosn Gas, Novartis, Gemalto, Glaxo Smith Klein to name a few.

Eric performs business with passion and vision. He leads and motivates his counterparts with innovative and an out of the box approach. He has a relentless attitude when it comes to personal development and he takes great pleasure in interacting with people who have a thirst for knowledge.

Marie works closely with our core team and associates to utilise existing and create new knowledge to develop leading edge and highly customised solutions for our clients. She has a background in Biology and Psychology which have led her over the years to question and analyse human and organisational behaviour. She has spent the last 15 years developing talent and has worked with CEOs and Leadership teams across the Middle East and Africa.

Marie has a unique ability to connect with people across all levels of management, age groups and varying cultural backgrounds, always with the aim of building trusted partnerships to unlock potential and enable leadership.

Always ready for a challenge, Marie has worked in sales, NGOs, shipping and consultancy companies and draws from this experience, as well as from her extensive consulting work with Pharmaceutical and Telecom clients to design and implement Talent Management programs. She has always sought cutting edge and innovative models and systems which ensure sustainable personal and organisational transformation. She is currently working on designing and applying practical models to integrate the field of neuroscience in the various aspects of the corporate world.

Louiza Xenopoulou

Louiza holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and an LLM (Hons) from Middlesex University of London, England.

She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in September 2006.

Louiza has an extensive experience in Commercial and Corporate Law in Cyprus acting for both individual and corporate clients in Cyprus and abroad. She predominantly deals with commercial, contract, companies laws, maritime claims, maritime and admiralty law, alternative dispute resolution in Cyprus as well as intellectual property law and other.

She has been working for, one of the biggest Law Firms in Cyprus, where she has developed an excellent reputation in her areas of expertise by offering quality legal support and high professional standards combined with a strong emphasis on customer experience and attention.

 

Dr Christiaan Mostert

Managing Partner

Christiaan holds a PHD in Agric-Economics from the University of Pretoria, an MBA (Cum Laude), MSc (Cum laude) and a Post Graduate Senior Management Certificate. He is a Senior Consultant with the Belgian Banker’s Academy (Brussels), ISHR (Atlanta). Christiaan has been a business consultant since 1994 and has extensive experience in industries such as commercial banking, manufacturing, logistics/wholesale, agro industries and telecommunication. This is supported with experience in financial acumen training, asset finance and management, development, government, state owned enterprises and entrepreneurship (SMME).
Christiaan designed and developed the BTLS Business Thinking Styles programme and the ComSIM Business Management Simulation (with assessment), which have been utilized with over 7,000 managers from 26 countries spanning 4 continents. He has a keen interest in practical performance management, entrepreneurship development of managers and improvement of business process efficiencies. He has worked extensively with the likes of ABSA, Barclays and Royal Dutch Shell to name a few.
Christiaan’s wide international exposure also brings important context regarding the bigger picture of world economics, growth opportunities and expected challenges.

Stavros Ktistis

Stavros is in charge of the compliance services department and is a partner of the firm since 2011. Stavros was educated in the UK whereas he obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. He is also a holder of a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.

Prior joining Acfin Services Ltd Stavros used to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers Cyprus where he obtained his qualification as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Stavros is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

 

Yiannis Pettemerides

Finance and Accounting Associate

Yiannis is a Registered Auditor, Compliance Advisor, Forensic Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, with more than 15 years of experience in PwC London, PwC Cyprus and KT Cyprus, in the audit, consulting, forensic and regulatory compliance services of investment, insurance and banking companies.
He was engaged, for more than 2 years and until recently, as an External Technical Advisor, and leading the onsite inspection teams, of the AML/Supervision Department of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). He is currently engaged, as an External Audit Contractor, for the performance of audit inspections for a number of Government Organisations, on behalf of the Audit Office of the Republic of Cyprus. He is also performing external training in the fields of forensic accounting and economic crime investigations for the Cyprus Police.
Yiannis holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Accounting, Economics and Finance, a Fellowship and Practicing Audit Certificates from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Membership and Practicing Audit Certificates from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
He is currently the Chairman of the Economic Crime and Forensic Accounting Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), the Vice-Chairman of the Promotion of the Profession and Academic Relations Cyprus Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and a Founding Member of the Cyprus #209 Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Ahmad Fadzlee Shah has more than 17 years of working experience in various industries and disciplines. He has held several management positions in multinational companies within Malaysia and the Middle East with exposure in countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Australia. Prior to being appointed MD Asia Pacific, he was the Group Chief People Officer at SEGi International Bhd, a leading player in the Malaysian private education sector. Ahmad previously worked for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) as its Organizational Capability Advisor.

Ahmad Fadzlee is a certified Change Agent, Corporate Trainer & Facilitator (HPM, Aust.), Leadership & Corporate Coach (NS-NLP, Aust.), Lominger Leadership Architect Certified Practitioner (USA), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument Practitioner (Aust.), Thomas DISC Certified (UK), Human Capital Development Specialist and OD Certified Professional.

Vastly experienced, he regularly works in western and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with international companies, helping teams to create original solutions that obtain a ‘Yes! And…’ response.

He joined Visa International in 1985, becoming a senior vice president in 1996, with senior management experience of innovating and transforming services. Examples include: implementing the Visa ATM network; conceiving and developing the Visa Business School; product development, including internet and electronic banking services; centralizing customer support from across Europe into a London centre. He worked regularly with US colleagues to coordinate projects globally.

John is renowned for his ability with multi – cultural groups. Inspiring teams to be creative while providing a great focus on achieving the outcomes. He uses a range of methods and techniques to help teams think creatively and remain energized. John believes in giving people in organizations their voice through powerful facilitation and communication; creating innovation capability; making transformation simpler and encouraging improvisation for business. He is a highly rated tutor for the Open University Business School’s Masters level module ‘Creativity, Innovation and Change’ programme.

Gary has worked with a wide range of employees from entry level managers to senior heads of functions to develop sales programmes for teams across Europe. His expertise covers both phone based sales and customer relationship management, to strategic port folio management.

He focuses on helping companies operate effectively over long time periods with varied and complex customer groups by enhancing relationships.

Since 2008 Gary is also an international design and delivery partner for the CIPD as well as a member the L&D advisory board. Achilleas studied Engineering, Physics and Fine Arts in the University of South Alabama, USA and at the Universidad de Castilla la Mancha, Spain. Mastering Innovation & Design Thinking, MIT, Boston, USA. As a researcher / scientist he participated in research programs at NASA, the Aegean University and ARTos Cultural and Research Foundation.

As a researcher he published numerous papers in scientific journals, related to innovation mentoring/practices, telekinesis and human computer interaction, startups development, direct re-invent processes, electromagnetics of the human body, geopathic stress, creation of new electro-acoustic musical instruments, research on the perpetual, social and philosophical issues.

He is involved and supports hackathons, hacker spaces, space apps for NASA and hosts and supports the hack66. Also he set up Fab Schools, Fab Labs and maker spaces and links them with entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Tesla Science foundation in USA and Belgrade and he hosts the Tesla Inventors Club in Cyprus. He collaborates with CERN and NASA for projects related to innovation/education/outreach and corporations in the USA and EU.

He is invited and gives lectures and/or crash courses at organizations and universities in the EU and USA and also in local organizations and corporations.

Dr. Benny B. Briesemeister

Benny B. Briesemeister is a psychologist by training, holding a PhD in neurocognitive psychology from the Free University Berlin, Germany. His early research on the neurocognitive basis of affective language processing gradually led to more applied research endevors and finally into consumer neuroscience, that is the investigation of the neurocognitive processes that underly and determine human shopping decisions – work that won him the title of „NMSBA Neurotalent of the Year 2015“.

Benny is co-founder of the Center for Applied Neuroscience, a research institute dealing with the application of neuroscientific methods and insights outside of basic research, as well as founder and owner of NEUROSPECTIVE, a neuromarketing research and consultancy agency which specializes in point-of-sale marketing research, real-time analyzes of consumer experiences and the prediciton of marketing effectiveness. At it’s core, NEUROSPECTIVE however not only provides solid neuroscientific research, but combines these insights with established theories to provide its customers with the maximum utility.

Benny is a regularly booked key-note speaker on national as well as international conferences and works as a marketing consultant for companies all over the world.

Steve is a sales and marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry covering a wide range of specialist therapeutic areas and with extensive experience of working in Pan-European markets.

Steve’s main focus areas are recruiting, motivating, and leading teams to deliver business objectives as well as training and coaching both in-house commercial teams and external distributors, HCPs and patients. With extensive knowledge and experience in setting up and running sales and marketing operations, he develops, plans and implements creative sales and marketing strategies. Steve’s forte is in orphan drugs and specialist hospital product markets.

Steve has founded his own UK based Pharmaceutical Consulting and Interim Management companies providing small and medium sized pharma companies with access to specialised knowledge and experience needed to launch products in Europe. He also provides healthcare client companies and agencies with interim and outsourced marketing expertise. Clients included blue chip healthcare companies with work on various marketing projects including; Development of initial strategic plans for new product introductions and management of all marketing activities for software development and internet healthcare companies. As well as development of market and product forecasts for existing products and new products enabling CSO to offer risk share agreements to their clients.
