What do we mean by this; that Holistic Leaders expertly maneuver their way towards transformation at three levels: the individual, the team and the organisation. He does this by organizing and understanding how events, behaviours and experiences affect one another in the short and long term. Through a deep intuitive expression he/she empowers and motivates, communicates and transforms the team by pledging allegiance to the shared vision and in essence becoming a source of inspiration.
