Motivation For Drive

In a nutshell​

In this program we will be looking at how the brain uses different pathways in bringing out a solution and how a leader can get the most out of team members’ mental resources through the application motivation strategies.

It is important to understand that drive is not just a matter of pushing others by using the stick or the carrot. We are now exploring more behavioural models that explain what drives and motivates people to follow through until completion.

Motivating others to change, to engage all their resources to achieve their goals is one of, if not the greatest challenge leaders face. Motivating and leading your team to perform is very much a “social thing”.
