In a nutshell
It is commonly known that there are 4 main stages to strategy. Strategic Visioning, Strategic Choice, Strategic Decision, and Strategic Execution.
If you have been involved with strategy you will agree that strategic execution is by far the most difficult to achieve out of the 4.
With the latest findings in neuroscience we will uncover what the human dimensions that affect strategy execution are. We will dig deep into the biological manifestation and their triggers that impede or facilitate the execution of strategy.
Why?
- Because a good strategy is one that is executed.
- Because the human dimension of execution is a main catalyst that can point either to success or failure.
- Cohesion pushes people to overcome their fears and act for the greater good.
- Because you have the ability to influence the manner in which your strategy is deployed.
